Rob Howley listed in Rugby European Dream Team

Rob Howley was the Welsh side into an all-time Heineken Cup elected to mark 15 years of competition. The former scrum half, has today's attack coach in Wales, 12 in 38 tries scored and won the Heineken Cup Challenge (2003) and Heineken (2004) with wasps.
Players from five countries and six teams were selected by a jury of nine men European Cup rugby with former players, coaches and media members. Martyn Williams, Wales won the Fair Play Award ERC.

"It was generally believed that Williams, the personification of the player who play rugby in the values of the European club competitions and defended it, is an inspiring example of how the game should be played," ERC statement.
Toulouse, celebrated Guy Noves unanimously as the best European coach of the past 15 years. The panel consisted of Sir Ian McGeechan ERC, Lawrence Dallaglio, Ieuan Evans, Fabien Galthie, Donal Lenihan, Michael Lynagh, Stuart Barnes, Stephen Jones and Jacques Verdier.
